Regional Conference on Supplemental Instruction
Whether you are thinking about starting an SI Program or have a well-established program, this conference is a place to learn from each other. This regional conference provides a forum for academic administrators, SI professionals, SI faculty, SI leaders, and others interested in peer education to share experiences, concerns, challenges, and success. This conference is offered biennially in odd-numbered years.
The Regional SI Conference is for anyone interested in Supplemental Instruction and Peer Education — academic administrators, SI professionals, learning center personnel, student affairs professions who are connected to SI or peer education, and SI leaders.
Academic Peer Educator Conference (APEC)
APEC aims to bring undergraduate peer educators and administrators from all disciplines together to discuss topics related to peer education. Attendees are invited to share ideas, experiences, and concerns about the peer education field. This conference is offered annually during the fall semester.
APEC is for tutors, SI leaders, Writing Center consultants, undergraduate TAs, residence hall advisors, academic committee members of student organizations, and any other student mentor who aids a peer in an academic matter.
